Great American has changed their billing system, which is now requiring you to re-register payment information to continue automatic recurring payments before 03/01/18.

For your own financial security, your payment information on file can’t be transferred on your behalf. Great American had previously sent an email notification, however in an effort to be sure this important notification not been missed, we are resending.

The effective date of the switch is 03/01/18, therefore any payment scheduled after will require all clients that are currently set up on Automatic Recurring payment with GAIC, to manually switch themselves to the new system (call in or re-sign up online).

Three options to complete update within minutes:

  • Calling GAIC Billing Department at 1-800-847-4357 option 3, and then option 0
  • Call TCP at 1-800-726-3701 and we will be happy to assist
